The open floor plan includes the large foyer, eat in kitchen, sitting area, 60” smart TV/DVD and dining room that will seat 8 people comfortably. The kitchen has all the luxuries of home; granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double door refrigerator with dual ice makers and freezer on the bottom, 5 burner self-cleaning convection range, convection microwave, 3 rack dishwasher and 3/4 hp garbage disposal. The family room/Den is furnished with a leather recliner sofa, electric fireplace and a 70" smart TV and DVD. Each bedroom has it's own 40" or 50" smart TV and DVD, pillow top matrices with adjustable base and large closets. The home has central air and heat, a home security system, wall safe and a GT3000 whole house air purifier. The large back porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon iced tea or just watch a spectacular evening sunset. This home has huge front and back yards for outdoor activities/play and a wood burning fire pit ready for you to enjoy a bonfire or to roast marshmallows and hot dogs.
